Shipping policy

  1. Once an order is placed, your order is processed.
  2. It takes 48 hours to confirm the payment with the bank.
  3. Once payment is confirmed with the bank, your order is packed and shipped.
  4. 18 Herbs delivery and logistics partner is Delhivery Fulfillment Services.
  5. Delivery & Shipment Charges are applicable and depend on the location of the customer.
  6. After the order is packed and ready to ship, these are our Turn Around Times (TAT):
    1. Within City (Bangalore) – 1 day  
    2. Within Region – 1-2 days  
    3. Metro to Metro – 2-3 days  
    4. Rest of India (ROI)  – 3-5 days  
    5. JK & N.E – 5-7 days.
